Terms of service

Last updated October 18, 2026. By using PlayDonut you agree to these terms, so please read them.

About PlayDonut

  • PlayDonut is an arcade and social platform played only with DonutSMP in-game money. Nothing with real world monetary value can be deposited, wagered or withdrawn.
  • In-game money on PlayDonut has no cash value. We never buy or sell it for real money, and buying or selling it anywhere else is at your own risk and outside these terms.
  • PlayDonut is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang AB, Microsoft or the DonutSMP server or its staff.

Who can play

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use PlayDonut.
  • You must not use PlayDonut where games of chance with virtual currency are not allowed. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
  • You are responsible for following the DonutSMP rules. If DonutSMP acts against your Minecraft account because of your activity here, we are not responsible for it.

Your account

  • Your account is tied to your Minecraft username. You sign in by paying the bot the exact amount shown on the sign in screen, from that account. Only pay the exact amount shown.
  • One account per person. Using several accounts to claim rewards, referral commission, promo codes or race prizes more than once is not allowed.
  • Keep your sign in to yourself. Anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you.

Deposits and withdrawals

  • Deposits are made by paying the bot in game with /pay. Your balance updates once the bot sees the payment.
  • Money sent to the bot from a Minecraft account that is not registered on PlayDonut, or sent to the wrong player, may be lost and we are not required to return it.
  • Withdrawals are paid out by the bot in game, usually within minutes, but they can take longer when the bot is offline, the server is down or a payout is held for review.
  • We can hold or review a deposit, withdrawal or balance when something looks wrong, for example a bug, a mistaken payment or a breach of these terms.

Games

  • Game results are provably fair: you can check every round with its seeds on the Provably Fair page.
  • Every game has a house edge, so over time you should expect to lose some of what you wager. Only play with money you are fine with losing.
  • Games have a minimum bet and a maximum win per round. A win over the maximum is paid at the maximum.
  • If a round is affected by a bug, outage or other malfunction, we may void it and return the wager, or correct the result. A bug never entitles you to a payout.

Rewards and promotions

  • Daily rewards, the daily race, Discord rewards, referral commission and promo codes are given at our discretion and can be changed, paused or ended at any time.
  • Some rewards are added as locked balance, which has to be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
  • Rewards gained through alt accounts, collusion, bugs or any other abuse can be removed, together with anything won with them.

Chat and conduct

  • Be respectful in chat. No harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, scams, advertising or sharing other people’s personal information.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, exploits or automation against the site, and do not try to break, overload or get around its security or limits.
  • Tips are final. Do not use tips to move money between your own accounts or to trade outside the site.
  • We can remove messages and mute anyone who breaks these rules.

Suspension and closing accounts

  • We can suspend or close an account, and keep or remove its balance, if it breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or if we are required to.
  • We can change, pause or close PlayDonut at any time. If PlayDonut closes for good, we will try to give notice so balances can be withdrawn first, but we cannot promise it.

No warranty and limits

  • PlayDonut is provided as is, without any warranty. We do not promise that it will always be available, correct or free of bugs.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of in-game money, items, accounts or data, or for any indirect loss, however it happens.

Play responsibly

  • PlayDonut is meant to be fun. Set yourself limits, take breaks, and never chase losses.
  • If you feel you are playing too much, stop and ask us on Discord to close your account.

Changes and contact

  • We can update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the last change, and using PlayDonut after a change means you accept it.
