Privacy policy

Last updated October 18, 2026. This explains what PlayDonut stores about you, why, and what you can do about it.

What we store

Your Minecraft username and skin, taken from the account you sign in with. We never see your Minecraft or Microsoft password.
Your balance and the history behind it: deposits, withdrawals, bets, tips, rewards, promo codes and referrals.
The seeds and results of your game rounds, so every round can be checked on the Provably Fair page.
Chat messages you send.
The IP addresses your account signs in and plays from, with when each was first and last seen.
If you link Discord: your Discord user ID and username, and whether your profile shows our server tag and status, which we need for Discord rewards.

To run your account: sign you in, keep your balance, pay deposits and withdrawals and settle your bets.
To keep the site fair: stop alt accounts, reward abuse, fraud and cheating, which is what the IP addresses are for.
To give out rewards: levels, daily rewards, the daily race, Discord rewards and referral commission.
To fix problems and answer questions you send us.

Chat messages, with your skin and your username partly hidden.
Your public stats, like your level, how much you wagered and how many rounds you played.
Live bets, the race leaderboard and big win announcements, also with your username partly hidden.

A sign in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
A visitor cookie, kept for a year, used to count how many people are online and playing each game.
A referral cookie, kept for 30 days, when you open someone’s referral link.
A short lived cookie while you link Discord, to protect the sign in.
Your browser’s local storage for settings like sound and hidden player lists, and for the seed hashes you were shown so you can check rounds later. This never leaves your device.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t use analytics services.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person when you sign in.
Player heads and skins are loaded from mc-heads.net, which sees your IP address when your browser loads them.
GIFs in chat are searched through GIPHY and loaded from giphy.com, which sees your IP address when your browser loads them.
Discord, when you choose to link your account. Linking adds you to our Discord server.
We never sell your data, and we only share it when the law requires us to.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists, so your balance and history stay correct.
Unlinking Discord removes the link and the Discord details we keep for it, but past Discord reward claims stay so cooldowns still apply.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or for your account and its data to be deleted. Message us in our Discord server from your account.
Deleting an account removes its balance. We may keep records we need to stop fraud or meet legal duties.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time, which signs you out.

We can update this policy at any time. The date at the top shows the last change.
