How to deposit and withdraw DonutSMP money

1. Sign in with your DonutSMP username

Press Sign in and enter the Minecraft username you play DonutSMP with. To prove the account is yours, the site shows a small /pay to our in-game bot. Run it on DonutSMP from that account and you are signed in. The verification amount is added to your balance, so it costs nothing.

PlayDonut never asks for your Minecraft, Microsoft or email password. Only run sign in payments you started yourself, never one someone else sent you.

2. Deposit with /pay

Press + next to your balance, enter how much you want to deposit and run the /pay command it shows, again from the account you signed in with. The bot sees the payment and your balance updates within seconds. Money you deposit yourself is never locked, so you can withdraw it at any time.

3. Withdraw back to DonutSMP

Open Withdraw, enter an amount between 50k and 500m and confirm. The bot pays it to the Minecraft account you verified, usually within a few seconds. You can have up to 3 withdrawals open at once. Withdrawals only ever go to your verified account, so nobody else can send your balance somewhere else.

Free money such as promo codes, daily rewards and Discord rewards arrives as locked balance: you can play with it straight away and withdraw it once you have wagered enough. The FAQ explains how locked balance works.

If a payment is missing

The bot can only pay while it is connected to DonutSMP, so payments can be slower while the server is down. If a deposit or withdrawal still hasn’t arrived, message us in our Discord server with your username and, for a withdrawal, the reference shown in the withdraw window.
